Niagara Frontier Country Club first opened for play in 1932. Niagara Frontier was originally designed by Harris and Hall, Golf Course Architects. Nine holes were opened for play in 1932 and a second nine holes in 1937. An extensive redesign and renovation was completed in 2000 by Carrick Design Inc. Toronto, Ontario.
Rolling hills and mature trees characterize the terrain presenting significant challenge. Four mile creek is in play as it flows through the course on its way to Lake Ontario. This is a scenic and picturesque course that was built on hilly terrain. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are large, featuring some undulation. There is a creek that comes into play on six holes. The signature hole is #10, a 476-yard, par 5, which is so undulating, you should expect some uphill, downhill or sidehill lies.
Niagara Frontier Country Club measures 6,548 yards from the longest tees for course rating of 72.0 and a slope rating of 125. Par for the Niagara Frontier Country Club golf course is 71.

Have had a membership at this club since 2000. The layout may not seem long for the big hitters but don't let that fool you. It is a shot maker's course. Beautiful conditions (fairways and greens) throughout the year. Located in a rural setting in the Lake Ontario region but very easy to get to. If you enjoy golf in a relaxed environment, this is it.

UNFORTUNATELY LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IN AMERICA THE PRICE IS GOING UP. EACH YEAR MORE MEMBERS ARE DROPPING OUT. THE CLUB'S BOARD DOESN'T SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT RAISING PRICES IS NOT GOING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!

Beautiful well maintained course. Plenty of elevation to the holes challenging without being too difficult.
